The Greater New Orleans Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, is the community foundation serving donors in Southeast Louisiana. The Foundation receives gifts from individuals, other foundations, businesses and organizations, and makes grants to other local and regional nonprofits. A nonprofit organization, the Foundation creates a permanent legacy for the New Orleans region. The Greater New Orleans Foundation operates under the principle of perpetuity. Gifts made today will continue to grow and provide resources for the region forever.
