Series Workshop #1 | Exploring Strategic Partnerships

Within the nonprofit sector, strategic restructuring – including, but more expansive than, mergers – refers to a broad continuum of options for organizational partnerships. The underlying concept is that organizations can do better together. Whether you are an organizational leader, board member, or donor curious about how partnership or collaboration can advance mission impact, this session is for you.  

In this introductory workshop of the Strategic Partnerships and Organizational Restructuring for Stronger Nonprofits Workshop Series, participants will: 

• learn how nonprofits creatively collaborate through joint ventures, administrative or back-office consolidations, and mergers; 
• hear directly from organizations who executed a variety of strategic partnership projects; and 
• explore tools to help them identify potential strategic partnership or restructuring projects.  

The workshop will be in person on Tuesday, November 14th, from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Breakfast is included. This workshop is free, but registration is required. All registrants will be notified of the location after their registration is complete. Click here to register. Seating is limited.
