Ashley Fleming

Ashley Fleming, a New Orleans native hailing from the historic 7th Ward neighborhood, has joined the Greater New Orleans Foundation as the Digital Communications Officer. Ashley brings with her a wealth of experience in communications, marketing, and branding, contributing her expertise to the foundation’s mission.

Before stepping into her current role, Ashley served as the Senior Communications Specialist for the Housing Authority of New Orleans. In this capacity, she was instrumental in developing innovative digital communications strategies, overseeing the successful launch of the agency’s rebrand, and implementing various other digital initiatives that enhanced the organization’s outreach and engagement.

Ashley is a proud Ragin’ Cajun, having graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications.

Ashley is not only a dedicated professional but also a devoted mother to her son and the proud owner of seven cats. In her free time, she enjoys reading, caring for her plants, and listening to a wide range of podcasts. Her deep love for her vibrant hometown of New Orleans fuels her passion for serving the community and making a positive impact through her work.
