  • Workforce Program Officer

    The Workforce Program Officer is essential in sustaining Workforce programming by supporting relationship-building with stakeholders, content development, convening planning and delivery, fundraising, and grantmaking support. The Workforce Program Officer reports to the Director of Workforce Programs and interacts with all levels of staff to perform program responsibilities and build relationships with donors, grantees, nonprofits, and community stakeholders as a representative and ambassador of the Foundation.

  • Donor Relations Associate

    The Donor Relations Associate is an important team member who provides support in advancing the comprehensive philanthropic efforts of the Foundation. The Donor Relations Associate is a collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated professional who will provide valuable administrative and technical support for the philanthropic efforts of the Foundation. This position will work closely with the Foundation’s women’s giving circle, Impact 100, serve as a key point of contact for individuals interested in establishing new donor-advised funds, and provide support to a portfolio of current fundholders. The Donor Relations Associate reports to the Vice President for Philanthropy.

  • Development Officer

    The Development Officer plays a key role in identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding corporate and institutional donors to support the Foundation’s annual fund campaign, sponsorship opportunities, including GiveNOLA Day and other special initiatives, and programmatic and grantmaking activities. The Development Officer will work closely with corporate and institutional prospects and donors interested in establishing donor-advised funds, agency and employee assistance funds, and other giving vehicles at the Foundation. The Development Officer reports to the Vice President for Philanthropy.
