Managing Financial Performance for Sustainability

Financial reports contain a lot of numbers, but which ones are most important to help you understand your organization’s financial health?  Join us to explore key concepts and practices in financial performance management that build organizational sustainability. We will discuss types of financial reports that should be generated and how to identify and analyze key information.  We will develop strategies for improved communication across functions and building a “team around the numbers” focused on financial results. Key concepts covered in this session will include:
