However, nonprofit professionals are constantly balancing competing priorities, which can lead to burnout if not managed well. When we align our work with our purpose and organizational mission and vision, nonprofit staff can truly optimize how we use our time.
In this interactive workshop, participants will learn practical strategies to manage their time effectively, reduce stress, and accomplish what matters most. This session will provide you with actionable tools to prioritize, delegate, and create better focus in your work. You’ll leave equipped with strategies to achieve work outcomes, while also making space for balance and peace of mind—ensuring you can continue to make a meaningful impact without sacrificing your well-being.
The workshop will specifically address the following topics:
- How to identify and focus on high-priority tasks while letting go of less critical ones;
- Effective delegation techniques to build capacity and ease your workload;
- Time-blocking and prioritization strategies to create structure and stay productive; and
- Techniques for managing mindset to decrease feelings of stress, perfectionism, and overwhelm.
The workshop will be in person on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Greater New Orleans Foundation’s Center for Philanthropy (919 St. Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70130). It is free, but registration is required. Click here to register. Seating is limited.

Rayne also created and scaled an innovative initiative dedicated to ending inhumane housing relocation processes. She played a key role in bringing vital services back to a neighborhood that had been neglected for 20 years, and she successfully rebuilt the first-of-its-kind school district after a natural disaster. Now, Rayne uses her experience and unique strengths to help leaders dig deeper into their purpose and vision, fine-tune their strategies, overcome mindset blocks, and build the pathway to success in achieving their bold, audacious dreams to create a better world for everyone.
